“Purchased a mixed box of sirloin and ribeye. Unfortunately one pack of ribeye had a split in the pack resulting in oxidation and that pack howling of almost fish and being black in colour. Resulting in whole box smelling of fish and being a real concern to consume.”

“I have been using the fat butcher now for about 5 months and haven't had an issues with quality in the past. This time though I ordered 1kilo of ribeye which is usually my favourite steak, but it was really tough so big let down. I got fed up part way through and chucked it. I also ordered sirloins so I'm hoping they are OK otherwise I won't be ordering from them again!”
