“Up to now I’ve only eaten a few, the flavour was great in all but two were tough, I’m a med rare person and the thin layer of fat and thick layer of gristle make me think it was an oldish beast . I must emphasise not all had this issue and I have plenty more in the freezer and if I come across more that have that look I will do what I did last night and made a delicious big chunky stew. Delicious.”
