“Lovely piece of meat, I roasted it in the oven and coated it with marmalade, it was delicious all my family loved it,a roast on Sunday and plenty of meat for carving to eat cold as in ham ,egg and chips and still plenty for ham sandwitches.(not all in the same week) lol”
