“This joint of gammon looked good uncooked so I had high hopes.I soaked it in cold water overnight as I don;t like it too salty. And then cooked it sous vide style. It turned out to be the most stunning joint of ham that I;ve ever bought , juicy ,tender, and the taste was spot on. I couldn;t be more pleased.its now great for sandwiches and dinners for quite a few people. Great !.”
