“The Loin was true to weight, well packaged and easy to prepare. Basically season and roast on a bed of onions, celery, fennel, apples and whole garlic cloves covered with a can of medium dry cider. The flavours were lovely and it easily served 4 generous portions. I would have given 5 stars if it had included rind to make crackling. Great value.”
