“would not recommend these to anyone I have had pork belly slices from many butcher's and yours was the worst I have never known pork belly be on the bone”

“The pork belly slices do taste good, however I did buy these to do on the bbq for a big family get together and found they were sliced too thinly. It is a problem I find with supermarkets and didn't expect to find this from a butcher. I would suggest if you want them for cooking in the oven for a quick meal they are fine, but for a bbq when you aim to impress guests with great cooks use a different butcher that will provide nice thick cuts to hold the tenderness and produce a good crackling or just order a whole belly skin on and slice yourself”

“Overall very good. Quality is nice. However, often has bones in them (which belly slices shouldn't have, that's not ribs we're looking for). I wish I could have them with half the thickness, which would make them a perfect replacement for straaeky bacon (almost impossible to find untreated/without additives in the UK)”
