“I love belly pork and this joint was just what I was looking for. With 2 for the price of 1, who can say no to this offer. After marinating first then cooking in my Ninja pressure cooker, it was then glazed with maple syrup and put under the grill. This meat was so tender, juicy n falling of the bones. The Fat butcher have the best meats at affordable prices. I highly recommend them.”
