“Not as great a quality as the usual meats we receive. A lot of gristle and fat on the joint we received and after trimming it out, there was probably only 30% edible, nice steak. A bit disappointed, so I wouldn't bother with this joint again or the minted lamb chops (similar experience) again, but everything else is lovely.”

“Beautiful taste BUT the fat or rind side was tough & inedible which sadly affected every steak i cut..please understand i am a qualified butcher...i will stick to the whole fillets i future”
