“I;m sorry but I was very disappointed with the pack I received, I;m an ex butcher and know decent steaks and what they should look like...unfortunately the pack was not what it looked like on the board.I wish you all the best in the future but I won;t be buying again sorry. The advertised ;full fillet steak; was more like a fillet steak from a lamb rather than a full grown cow”

“Disappointed it arrived a day later than expected in the extreme heat a couple of weeks ago, lamb was a dark brown not nice colour so binned all of that”
