“I have been a frequent customer purchasing quite expensive hampers. Last order was just dumped outside the front door without the driver even ringing the bell. My son was off from work waiting in for the delivery. The driver wouldn't have known if anyone was in or not. I complained to their customer service but received a response that they do not have the ability to make any decisions when delivering as it was up to DPD the delivery people how they work. Since Covid all companies now leave items outside the doors. Well we are well past Covid now, and these are perishable items being left outside, albeit it is freezer packed, but if my son was at work that hamper would have been sitting outside the door until after midnight. I did state to customer service I no longer wanted to be a customer given their customer service and suggested they forward my complaints to the owners. To which he said, " what DPD owners. No,the owners of your company, I had already made a complaint to DPD”
