“The meat is fantastic, a little different from the video. Shame about the delivery, box came battered and one of the ice gel bags had split and covered everything but washed off ok.. Food miles a little concerning, left Durham and went North to Newcastle then over night 100 miles past my house to Coventry then to Leeds then got delivered to mine. 350 miles to cover 80 miles to mine.. Need to look at a better delivery service with less food miles and better ice packs.. Other wise what I got in the box is fantastic”

“Unfortunately this time the previous levels of quality that we have received were not achieved. The sirloin steak was very thin and streaky. Also despite the video promising equally sized steaks we received 2 medium sized , one large and one small .. quite a difference in size ... such a shame as all our other orders have been great .. as was the rest of the this order”
