We’re an Australian business located in Melbourne and dedicated to creating beautiful, personalised blankets. All of our blankets are an order of one and knitted just for you.

We are very passionate about making all of our products in Australia. We have been producing personalised gifts for over 10 years in the photo industry.

Our blankets are knitted from 100% combed cotton. Combed cotton is super soft and we do not use any harmful chemicals so they are perfectly safe for babies and children.

“My friend at work became a grandmother for the first time.She was so proud,I wanted to give her new grandson a gift that will stay handed down to him as a keepsake.And Thread the Word did that.The new parents were so overjoyed when they opened the gift.One grandfather who unexpectedly passed away and was into boating with his children and I was able to design something that left them with so much joy as I had boats designed in the rug.”
