The price is good for the product, the customer service is amazing ,the time frame is absolutely fantastic , and the delivery was prompt. I have bought over 10 Christmas stockings from thread the world. I purchased another this past December and it arrived with a hole in it. I had to use a glue gun to get through Christmas. I have requested a refund for weeks and nobody will do it. Horrible for customer service.
