From them as the system itself chooses your subscription and if you don’t untick it then they will send you another batch and take money out of your account. And they never took any responsibility towards this and no refund or compensation”
Hi Babak, sorry to hear you had some issues when using our site.
Just to clarify - our site clearly outlines which treatments are on subscription. When you check out, you are prompted to select the frequency of your treatment before you pay, which alerts you to the nature of the subscription. We did also reach out via email on the 21st of May to alert you to the next payment date, at which point you could have paused your subscription. Unfortunately we can't provide refunds in this instance.
