In order to help you, here is what happened: on the 25th of October, you signed up for a monthly subscription to receive treatment. A few days before your renewal, you will receive an email and a text message regarding your next order, so you can proceed with it or pause it. Your December order wasn't paused, which is why our pharmacy processed it.
But, if you want, we can pause your subscription for you so that no new orders will be created in the future.
