I just don't give 5 stars (I gave 4) because I think it would also be useful to have a tie to close it completely over the top. But overall, I liked the product!

It’s early days so I can’t comment on durability other than to say the net and ‘nylon’ appear robust (even a bit stiff) and well stitched. These are large bags and would easily fit large men’s shoes or as a smaller size you can get your trainers and all your gym kit in one. These are perfect as travel laundry bags, shoe bags or catchalls in bigger totes/duffles. The fastening is the ‘roll and clip’ style, there is no zip or drawstring. The net style means they’re not going to protect the content from water or keep the mud inside the bag however the the material itself does have some water resistance (like the mesh on shoes) so they won’t soak it up like a sponge and will be easy to clean. I’m happy these will get a lot of use in everyday scenarios not just travel.

Unfortunately even after 10 days I still haven't received it. I emailed customer services twice initially to ask them when it would be shipped - no reply. Then the next day I received a "shipped" email with a DPD tracking number - got in touch with DPD and they told me it's an old number that's now invalid. So I emailed Tropicfeel again, no reply! Then I decided to call them but could only find the phone number for Nijady, the social and communication manager. Hoping she could help put me in touch with sales/customer service, but I've never spoken to anyone so rude! She almost hung up on me and demanded to know where I got her number from (I got it from her Tropicfeel email signature), but eventually gave me the direct email for customer service manager, Marta. Marta was more friendly, but she referred me back to the invalid DPD tracking number, so I replied to ask whether it could be a typo or mistake, but after FIVE days I still haven't received a reply. Honestly, the products are okay, but the staff here are the WORST EVER!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, they should all be retrained, but to be honest it seems like a structural management issue - this is not a way to run a business. I will 100% never shop here again.
