“Unfortunately even after 10 days I still haven't received it. I emailed customer services twice initially to ask them when it would be shipped - no reply. Then the next day I received a "shipped" email with a DPD tracking number - got in touch with DPD and they told me it's an old number that's now invalid. So I emailed Tropicfeel again, no reply! Then I decided to call them but could only find the phone number for Nijady, the social and communication manager. Hoping she could help put me in touch with sales/customer service, but I've never spoken to anyone so rude! She almost hung up on me and demanded to know where I got her number from (I got it from her Tropicfeel email signature), but eventually gave me the direct email for customer service manager, Marta. Marta was more friendly, but she referred me back to the invalid DPD tracking number, so I replied to ask whether it could be a typo or mistake, but after FIVE days I still haven't received a reply. Honestly, the products are okay, but the staff here are the WORST EVER!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, they should all be retrained, but to be honest it seems like a structural management issue - this is not a way to run a business. I will 100% never shop here again.”

“A shoe bag for me is to protect my other stuff from the dirt of the shoe when I put this inside my bag. I didn't realise it's a mesh bag, thus maybe its purpose is for carrying a wet shoe. What I don't like as well is the roll and clip type to close. This type of closure is meant for wet-proofing the bag, which I don't understand as this is a mesh bag. This makes it bulky with the rolling and clip. Overall concept of this bag is something I don't understand.”
