“The backpack is good, but parts of it are not as advertised. The laptop sleeve uses velcro to close, whereas all the images on the website show magnets. Magnets are very important to me in the products I buy, which is why I bought the Shell Backpack. So it was quite a disappointment when my backpack arrived. The buckles to the upper flap were also not as advertised. The ones on my backpack are made of a cheap plastic and seem like they can break easily. The straps to the upper flap are not that long, so I can't maximize the space potential of the bag. Really what happened was that I received an older version of the bag. But when a company advertises changes and updates to their product, I expect them to deliver on that promise instead of rounding corners and sending me an old product while charging me for a new one.”

“We love the backpack! However, it was intented as a gift to my brother, who is over 2m tall and it was way too short for him. He could not wear it as the bottom was pushing on his lower back. Just wanted to share this input that the size does not fit tall people.”

“I like the backpack so much because it's just so multi-functional. Only thing I hope will improve after I used the backpack more often: the side bags are pretty tight and if the backpack is full (with wardrobe system etc.) it's not easily possible to put a water bottle or sth. else into the side bags.”

“The shell has an ok quality. The pack wine clothes is too much to work to pack. Also not good when clothes is dirty”
