“first of all I want to say it's an amazing backpack, good organization compartments in the pack itself and on the exterior of the pack and it's very strong and durable pack. Their are a couple of small changes I would make. 1: Would change the zippers for the clamshell part of the backpack, it feels like the zippers are going to pop off if you aren't carefull when the "wardrobe" is fully packed. 2: For the top part of Shell I would put a lanyard, so you can close the top part of the pack more secure.”

“One could spend half an hour discovering every little pocket and functionality this Backpack has to offer. From the hidden passport pocket on the back, to the many ways one can hang the Wardrobe system in a closet. It is obvious this backpack was designed with a lot of care. Even when fully packed, the wardrobe system can be compressed a lot, this saves space and equals out the extra space taken up by the system itself.”

“Returned the backpack as it's really heavy & bulky. The backpack & the closet system alone weigh more than 6lb. It's really the closet system that was heavy but without the closet system, this is just an empty shell... I also did not fancy that they stopped providing the pre-paid label because it costs them more than $20 (without disclosing on their website) and I had to walk to the nearby UPS and pay $36 to send it back and spend time doing it. There are so many better options in the market that is cheaper & lighter with more convenient logistics.”

“3/5 I love how it looks, its functions, HOW MUCH IT CAN CARRY, and its quality. I enjoy and am proud to wear your product. I really support what your company stands for and the steps its taking to try to flesh them out. (ie, only making how many products you need when you need them with the pre order system, using recycled materials, the bonuses of the tropicfeel nation program etc.) The price is a huge drawback. It is difficult to justify the purchase when it is as expensive as it is and on top of that international customers need to pay duties and taxes. (A very difficult pill to swallow). Another drawback that I have encountered for the bag is that it all shares the same space. Once the middle large compartment is packed out, utilization of any other pocket is very difficult. I understand that keeping everything tight was probably needed to give the bag its great appearance, however, it impacts the utility of this bag tremendously. I really enjoy using the wardrobe system but I understand why some people wouldn't. It does require a bit more "maintained organization" than other methods like a packing cube where you could potentially just throw something in it. Personally, I like that it makes me keep my clothing organizes so it works for me! Super small points: I really would have prefered the fidlock system or some sort of magnetized laptop lip like in the initial iterations. It would be much more comfortable and enjoyable to use instead of the velcro. The fidlock pouch on the front are a fantastic idea however I'm finding they are very difficult to just "throw on". It takes a bit too much time to line up, doesn't attach easily when the bag isnt full or have some thing to press against and generally doesn't make the use the front pouches very user friendly or intuitive. Overall, I would recommend this product to everyone but wouldn't expect anyone to purchase it, solely because of its price range. Sorry for the long review but I hope it helps and we see an improved Shell 2.0 in the future :D”

“Its not comfortable to wear, when its heavy and you are a shorter person (160cm). Around the Nek its to tight. Everything else is quite perfekt.”
