“The backpack is great. What you see (in videos, pics, descriptions etc) is exactly what you get. No illusion, absolutely nothing misleading. Only one drawback that doesn't affect everybody but did affect me, it's not possible to get VAT excluded invoice for a business gift. And another (minor) one, it has no structure and can't stand straight without the wardrobe system. Bit expensive, but worth it, in my opinion, as far as it lasts many years. If you're ok with the price, I totally suggest it.”

“The best feature of this backpack is that you can open it from the back very easily allowing you to get access to items that may be at the bottom. Very good idea and well manufactured. I tested the backpack during an intense walking trip and though it cannot compete with others that have a proper and more robust structure it is easy to carry. I think it works very well for a combination of some hiking with intermittent city trips.”

“Overall I like shell very much. Although there are so issues on it. First you did the measurement of the pc space only for Mac and my experience is that I can’t put my pc in pc space. The straps are a little could me more soft.”

“Amazing bag with an organization system which solves packing and unpacking. Small downside with weight (bit heavy) of the inner shell and the straps aren't as comfortable as I am used to. But other than that 10/10!”

“Tropicfeel water bottle supposed to go in side bag. But clip of water bottle has nothing to attach to when in the Shell rucksack. Used a few journeys in car lying on back seat, and in train overhead luggage rack. It just shoots out. The bottle is already dented. Luckily no one got hurt (so far). Product did not live up to expectation. This bag is not as superbly engineered as I was led to believe by the ad that led me to my purchasing decision. A simple and small rope loop on the bag in the right location to attache the bottle's clip to had been sufficient to keep the water bottle in place.”

“It’s an almost perfect bag. The size, the weight, the functionality, the materials ised. It can be used for almost everything whilest withstanding even harsher handling. Some compression straps to tighten it up a little is what is missing in my opinion.”
