“I have done a very thorough search for the one EDC and travel backpack for myself, and the shell backpack definitely beat out the others. However, the main thing lacking in this backpack may be side and bottom compression straps, which would be super useful when in the 22L mode or maybe even provide extra support when at full 40L. Not to mention that the side compression straps should help the bottle holders, and the bottom one can help with keeping the kangaroo port more stable.”

“Hi, Unfortunately I have not received the order. I tried contacting the email provided but have received no response. It is rather a disappointing situation. As stated in the emails sent, we have not yet received the shell bag we ordered from your website, tracking number CQ824111612DE. Upon tracking with the given tracking number, it says the product is being returned to the sender due to damage. Could you please provide me more information on the situation? As when we talked to the DHL service they said it is being returned to Germany due to damage due to an accident. If possible could you also please provide us a support contact number for tropicfeel, where we can stay in contact regarding this issue. PLEASE CONTACT. Manvi Choudhary”
