“I primarily use to get around the city. I am excited to use for travel, because it seems that I can fit and travel easily with the bag. I also like how strudel the construction is and how I can shape the bag and straps to my shoulders depending on how much I’m carrying. It is much more ergonomically designed than I had thought. So I am excited to see how it performs once I can get traveling again.”

“Love the backpack! Here are a few suggestions however: 1. I think the backpack should have a clip-on system INSIDE the backpack for the tech pouch/toiletries case. We found it a shame that if you own both you can only clip on one at a time to the external system and the other one is just stuffed inside the main compartment. 2. The quality of the side handles should be of better quality as they feel flimsy and will be uncomfortable for your hands when the bag has some weight to it. More padding needed for sure! 3. I love a good secret compartment, so I found the number of compartments lacking in this backpack. I know sometimes some backpacks are inundated with the things to the point where it becomes extra, but I feel this backpack just didn't have enough. Such things as a zip compartment in the straps, or a few more compartments in the main bag would be helpful! 4. Netting at the back for back sweat! I haven't used it in practice yet so I can't review how this works in practice but I hope back sweat was considered as I know some backpacks have Netting material to combat this. The material of the backpack might already be designed to work against this so ignore this point if it was already considered. All in all a great backpack and I'm satisfied, however considering the original price I would love to see these additional features to really get that 'wow' factor :)”

“Although I haven't had the chance yet to be able to really take this baby for a test, I've been able to try it out here and there for a day trip or weekend trip. I know it'll work really well for my packing needs, and all the promised features contribute perfectly in the ease of use and practicality. Beautiful pruduct!”

“Firstly, this is a great pack overall in terms of looks and intention. I gave it a 3 because the issues I have with it are enough to prevent me from using this as my go-to travel pack. What I love: - the style and how it looks packed on my back (best-looking travel bag I've experienced!) - the shoulder straps (not bulky and very comfy for me) - small hip belt (love that it's so tiny and not bulky, yet does the trick to transfer some weight off your shoulders) - the full back zip to open it right up - the top-loading feature that makes it easy to stack as high as or little as you like What I don't love: - the zippers (feel cheap and don't slide when pulled from different angles - I have other travel packs that have much more robust and easier to use zippers) - the laptop pocket (goes all of the way to the ground, this is unusual as almost all laptop pockets are stitched a short bit above the bottom of the pack so when you lay your pack down, your laptop doesn't make contact with the ground. I find this a major flaw unfortunately as I don't feel safe carrying my laptop in it for fear of it damaging it if I forget to lay my bag down gently or someone else moves my bag) - the top pocket (it's lined up so that part of it is level when opened, which means when my bag is full and I open that pocket, some things sitting near the zipper fall out of it when opened) - the inside pockets (they're really small and although made of stretchy material, they don't have the capacity to expand enough to put useful things in there - other packs that I have, have inside pockets that are a little more useful in that regard) - the zipper and ease of access to the pocket on the main part of the bag, behind where the toiletries/tech pouch attaches (I'm guessing this was intended to be a hidden pocket, but there's already another hidden pocket on the back of the bag for passports, money, etc. so I don't feel there needs to be 2, especially since it's annoying to access, but if it were an easier pocket to use - and perhaps all it would need is a zipper pull which it doesn't have - then it would be more functional for regular use and I really wish there was another front pocket like that for everyday use). These are just my personal thoughts and preferences, overall for the travel bags I've experienced, it's the one with the most potential as it's by far the best looking one I've used with some really innovative features, but some of the obvious/more basic ones were unfortunately lacking in this version. I hope they're able to make a few improvements and then this will the the ultimate travel bag hands down!”
