“I think the actual backpack is great. The experience getting it was so painful that it really brings the star rating down so much. As a customer who dropped a large sum of money, the experience of suuuuch a long delay and no consistent communication from the company left such a bitter experience. I definitely have doubts to share to friends about the product even if its really good just because the experience getting it was boarder line traumatizing.”

“I would love to review this item, however, I have not received it. There was a shipping issue. I have tried to contact customer service twice to see if they can help find out what the issue is and when I may be receiving the product. I have gotten no response in a week. Very disappointed that I paid for the product and have not received it.”

“I love the compression insert. The base of it though seems wider than the pack so it doesn't really fit right. Bag is heavier than I though it would be. But I like that it has lots of compartments and can be extended or shortened. Once pack is full, the side bottle holders don't hold anything and front Toiletry bag is tricky to attach. I like how it fits on my back and the adjustable straps. I was able to fit a weeks worth of clothes. I think once I get used to packing it it will be great”
