“I've only just begun using the shell as a day pack, but it's been great. I feel like I have a spot for everything, and I love that it can expand up or shrink down depending on my day. I have a flexible work schedule, and this bag works right along with it. Next week, I'm planning on traveling for a few days and I look forward to using the wardrobe and bathroom bag add-ons to my pack. I love that I can bring all of the clothing, shoes, and gear I need + my computer equipment. Only time will tell, but the bag feels durable and it came in perfect condition. I think this is a bag I'm going to have for a long time!”

“I was generally content with what I received from Tropicfeel. The color and usability was nice and up to snuff. The areas that I feel could be improved are the zipper quality and the ability to mount the camera box to the locks on the front of the backpack. I expected these features and was disappointed when they were lack-luster.”

“I love this backpack quite a bit - there are a few downsides for me that prevent it being a 5* backpack. - Fewer pockets/pocket-space than anticipated (without the add-ons). - The straps don't have the level of cushion that I prefer to wear it for extended periods of time. They have a very dense, rather thin layer of a memory foam like material, which can dig into you after a while. - The zippers are VERY stiff, requiring you to put the backpack pockets into "closed" positions before actually zipping them closed, whereas with other backpacks, the pockets can be hanging open, but the act of zipping them will close them easily. - The top handle is BARELY big enough for me to get my hand through. I think anybody bigger than me would find it nearly impossible to get their hand between the shell and the handle. - The laptop pocket has a zippered pocket on the front of it. I thought perhaps this would be the place to put papers/documents (since there isn't a safe place to do so in the backpack), but it's too narrow to put a standard A4 / letter paper into that pocket without folding it. All that being said, this backpack has a lot of positives. Great strap placement, length, and adjustability where it counts. The cushioning on the back of the backpack (which goes against your back) is very soft and comfortable, well-placed. Being able to swap the front pocket attachment is great, and it attaches WAY easier than I anticipated. And having two accesses to the main pocket is great, very convenient for large load carries.”
