“Absolutely love my Tropicfeel Shell Backpack! The clam shell opening makes it easy to access the main portion of the bag. Definitely appreciate that the laptop slit pocket is able to accommodate laptops that are other than a MacBook. The Shell Wardrobe System is one of the best addition to the Shell Backpack. Perfect for short trips, be it for business or leisure. This backpack is wonderfully versatile to be used on the daily and it is one of my best investments.”

“The good: fantastic build quality, a lot of space, expandable pocket, comfortable to wear, very spacious. The bad: lack of external straps to fasten an umbrella or tripod, the fabric outside pockets don’t have any security. Generally a very good pack that I can recommend.”

“The bag is great, of very high quality, and looks nice. However, I bought the bag specifically so I could use the wardrobe packing system for travel. And the mouth of the roll top on the bag is just too small for the wardrobe insert. I have to struggle for 5 minutes to bend and contort the insert into and out of the bag, which makes it highly inconvenient for anything... except for moving an inaccessible drawer of clothing from one place to the next.”

“I like it but it's too heavy. I wished I'd paid more attention to technical details instead of the "Wow" marketing blitz. I guess I will have to pay more attention to even lighter travel to make this worth the money.”
