“The backpack is fine I wouldn't rave about it. Bit annoyed that I did not get what I ordered and the customer service was not really helpful. Apparently, we have wear the cost of return even though it wasn't our mistake”

“I bought myself a green shell and my partner a black one. we love to go camping and do outdoorsy holidays, and we also travel a fair bit to see family and they were just perfect. easy to bring all we need and remove toiletries/cupboard to our accommodation and take the bags as hiking/carryall rucksacks during the day. could not recommend these more! thank you for such lovely quality products.”

“The straps are hard to adjust while wearing the packpack. It would also be nice if the waist straps were removalbe. Otherwise i am happy with the product and quality of the material.”

“I like it a lot! However, the most important thing I would do differently are the straps on the kangaroo pocket - the elastics are rather small and are easily stretched out. It doesn't feel safe to me. I would have made them non-elastic but adjustable.”
