“The Cala is cute and versatile, has many of the qualities of my first Tropicfeel shoe, the Monsoon. Every time I take the shoe off, the insert comes out, a minor nuisance. Monsoon is still my favorite and after crazy repeated wear and really putting it to the test, it has just started to wear out. I had a foot injury unrelated to the Monsoon shoe) and when I walked in to physical therapy, they took one look at my shoe and thought they were going to dis the heck out of it - therapist asked to see my shoe and he started bending and twisting it - his brows went up and he said, Wow, pretty good shoe actually lol.”

“They look awesome, and love the functionality, but unfortunately one shoe is MUCH tighter than the other and after 30 minutes of wear it was pretty awful. Wish I could love these, but unfortunately they are unwearable.”

“Horrible experience. Had to pay the import duty and then found out that one of the shoe boxes contained shoes in wrong shoe size. My son waited for the shipment for months... tfre days later another unordered) shipment was at my door and I was asked again to pay for import duty. Never ever.”

“Shoes are good, but delivery conditions were very unsatisfying shoes came 2 months late delivered from HongKong to Frankfurt, probably via air mail - very sustainable). And when receiving the package I had to pay additional 27for customs Customer service did not help at all, saying that when purchasing there was an advice that there could be additional costs. Also the shoes are a bit small, but no chance to return them, also here customer service did not help. Teo stars only for the nice shoe design, rest iof company policy is only putting their whole project at risk.”
