“The material seems too cheap, it fits one size less I have 44 and I had to purchase 45 same for my wife 38 but had to be exchanged for 39 with a tremendous refund policy”

“The shoes are great, comfortable, easy to wash/ dry and stylish. What I didnt like was the fact I had to pay approx 30% the value of the shoe as important tax, it should be clearly stated that it is NOT made in Spain made in China?) and that you will have to pay the custom duty etc”

“I've ordered a pair a year prior and love them so was excited for the new shoe. I got the same size but they were running a size too big. The only option was to return for refund or get a credit but not to exchange for a smaller size. Problem with credit is that I bought the shoes on kickstarter so the price doubled by the time I received the shoes. There should be a better way to handle exchanges when the sizes are made incorrectly.”
