“Hi i have 1 big problem about the shoe, which is the top part of the shoe is very tight. but i can live with that. other small issues, the inside stiching might be abrasive to the skin. sole comes out when im taking off the shoe. im not sure if this is intended, but theres some wrinkles/crease on the white part of the shoe. and uh i wish theres more grip on wet surface. overall not bad :D Hope to see more wonderful shoes, thanks”

“I love these shoes. I ordered a pair of 12s a couple years ago. They're great. But too large. I ordered these 11s. And they're too small. I love the shoes. The design and materials. But I really wish you had half-sizes. I won't order another pair because they're just not fitting right. But if you ever get half-sizes, I'll be a constant customer.”

“The shoes do not fit with socks even though I normally wear Nike size 10.5 US. Without socks, they are too cold to wear in typical Seattle winter. In the course of trying them out, the puller on the back of the shoes started to rip. This is the first time it happened to me among many shoes I have owned so far. This is unexpected for this price range.”

Thank you for your feedback! Our shoes are designed to be worn with or without socks which is why they can sometimes be on the smaller side, and while the all-terrain features make them perfect for all year, the breathable fabric means they're best suited for warmer months. It's a shame to hear about the pull tab, we have a warranty policy on our website so we can help to get a replacement sent over to you :) Tropicfeel Team

“After a 6 month wait and advising you of a new address almost two months before you notified me they would be shipped, you didn't change address and then said it was too late. You may have great shoes but I'll never know. But your internal systems suck”

“Awesome! I love this start up! As a very active world traveler (trail runner)I have been looking for a ride that has adaptabilty and flexibility and the jungle night blue is proving a comfort inducing godsend to slip on after a hot hard trail run!
