How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product doesn’t meet the features specified on the website

“I ordered these in early June and now mid December and I still haven’t received them. The communication from the company has only been reactive. I just got confirmation not from the company but from shop a phi that they shipped but no shipping information was actually provided. The shoes look cool I want to give them a high rating but how can I do that when I haven’t received them for seven months. Customer support at this company it’s horrible.”

“Ordered and they were initially going to come in September/October(?) I believe, but delays due to whatever is understandable. I ask for updates and get unusable links to track the package. I complain and they tell me it should be there this(last week). And now I am asked to review shoes I do not have. Well, can I have my money back?”

“The shoes are light, comfortable, great tracktion, wearable. Only issue on this my 2nd Tropicfeel shoe order, I ended up paying ridiculous custom fees because the shipment came from USA instead of China result increased the cost of the shoes by 50% I will not order any more shoes, the customs kills any incentative to purchase. Ship from China it enters Canada duty free, ship from USA it costs 50% more”
