“I love the shoes but one shoe was too tight and it was so difficult to send them back. I understand that the customer has to pay postage/shipping but come on, a printed sticker to put on the original box is all it would tKe, scan it in the post office and uou know they are on their way. I am truly hoping to get a replacement pair soon.”
