“After my previous canyons were breaking apart after extensive use in the past years, I replaced them. I think that already speaks for how much I like them. The shoe is very comfortable in summer and easy to slip in and out of. This new version is a bit smaller than the first version and has an enforced heel. The latter makes it a bit less easy to slip in and out of the shoe. I'll see how it evolves after breaking them in in spring/summer.”

“I bought a pair of Canyon Desert Green and I used them every day for 2 weeks during a travel in Indonesia. This is my experience. PRO - The color of the shoes was beautiful, it looked well with every outfit. - I used them also without socks. They were comfortable and I had only a bubble on my foot just the first time I wear them without socks (at home, before the trip). - My feet were never wet, even without socks. - I could use them even in the sea, so I didn't have to bring more shoes with me. - Even if it is not written on the shoes page, you can use them as slippers because the back of the shoes goes easily down. - They wear your feet like a glove. - The sand is not a problem when you walk, you don't feel it. You just have to remove it when you come back to your room. - I initially bought the wrong shoe size, but then I returned them and I bought the correct size in the meantime. No problem with the returning workflow. - Delivery was fast, 3-4 days to Italy. CONS - The laces were not of the same length. The left one was smaller than the right one and I would like it to be longer. I felt it most of all during the airplane trip when I removed them and then it was hard to put them on again, since my feet had swollen. - If you wet them in the sea, then they will smell very bad when they dry. So will be your feet! - After I entirely wet them, it took more than a day to become dry again. Maybe because of the air conditioners in the hotel rooms or maybe because of the weather (humid heat). - The internal sole comes out, is not attached to the shoe. It can be useful if you need to change it or clean it, but the result is that if you use the shoes without socks, the sole will move to the bottom of the shoe! - If you are at a beach made by small pebbles, they will enter in you shoes and you will fell them very well, even when you go inside the water. But this happen with every shoes so is a no-problem. - On metal and very slippery surfaces they made me slip a bit. Anyway I recommend this shoes for all travellers, they were a good travel companion after all!”
