“Shoe is nice and comfortable but the heel cup is to hard and sharp and cuts into my tendon when walking around have to wear high socks and plaster to stop damage”

“Hello there! I’ve bought a pair of Tropicfeel (Canyon Desert) and first i was astonished about the looks and materials and feel. After wearing the shoes i can say that they feel pretty light, are very nice and solid but the big problem with them are the laces which are too tight and even if you try to adjust the elasticity, you will feel soreness and pain on your back of the feet after a while. The laces are too tight! Even completely open, they will leave marks on your skin. So, this is why only 3 Stars. They cost a lot of money and you expect to feel comfortable on a long range trip. I will try to replace the laces, but then they will not look so nice anymore.”

“I ordered my shoes with express delivery but they didn’t arrive for a couple of weeks and there was a possible stock issue none of this was an issue though because the team were great when I reached out to them. They refunded my express shipping, comms were a little slow to start off with but they are just really busy and were apologetic for the delay when I did speak to them. Great customer service. The product is amazing, great colour and really comfortable fit. They’re clearly just growing really quickly, don’t be put off by the less positive reviews these shoes are definitely worth it. Now my wife wants a pair and will 100% order again!”
