“The outer water-bottle pockets, which are too low and wide and not sufficiently elongated, make medium/small bottles slip. Inner compartment too minimal to induce purchase of other products”

“Please make the carry handles wider or cushioned or both. Carrying a loaded backpack with the narrow handles on the top and side almost cuts your hand after a short while. Very good backpack generally though.”

“Very nice and sturdy back pack with good details. But it comes at the expense of weight. It is not a light weight backpack. Because there are two openings to the main compartment (zipper for laptop access) and the fold over top, it would have been nice with some kind of closing mechanism on the fold over top. Magnets or a soft zipper. The fold over top has a zipper pocket, a very nice size for keys and other important stuff. However, because of the dual opening, it makes the back rather lopsided if there is too much weight in this pocket.”
