“Having a few issues with the newer trackers we have. Always seem to be either off line or showing previous days whereabouts. The older tracker we have seems to work much better and have no issues with it, even when it comes off the cat.”

“I would highly recommend these cat trackers. I have bought trackers for both my cats now and it gives me peace of mind that I know where they are at all times. Yes sometimes the signal can be a bit funky or the app can be a bit slow to update but Ubeequee Customer Services have always been excellent if I have had a real problem and for the price you pay, I think the trackers are excellent value for money.”

“I’ve had a few teething problems with it, it went offline last night and showed up in an area 10 miles away. I’ve emailed customer service for some advice.”

“It’s in theory a great product, the fact that this is my second might explain one of the problems which is cats lose collars. The other being the battery life which only lasts a few days depending on your tracking times. All in all it’s very useful if you’re moving home and want to keep an eye on your cat until it settles in but don’t expect it to stay on forever.”

“The tracker is relatively easy to setup. It doesn't appear to bother the cat when he is wearing it. Accuracy is not fantastic. Today it said the cat was next to a busy road 500m away and when I went to look he was in the garden, which is not good for my nerves.”

“Not suitable for a cat. Do not fit for a cat collar , extremely big the metal fitting on both side . Which doesn’t show on picture on line. This product suitable for 10/15 kg animal .( in my opinion and should not advertise for cat ) .”

“Now on third tracker and not because of any fault. The last one came off the cats neck with his collar and the tracker indicated a neighbours garden. On a number of occasions before when the tracker has came off his neck the signal has led us straight to it but unfortunately this time I couldn’t see it and before I was able to have an even better and thorough search it ran out of charge. The tracker has also led me straight to our cat when looking for him. So, due to not being able to find the last one we immediately sent for another. Would highly recommend and the support from the UBEEQUEE team.”

“It isn’t 100% accurate and also it takes many attempts to update an actual location. Occasionally it changes itself to previous dates”
