“Not impressed with this tracker at all. First one sent was faulty, couldn't be found by the App. Replacement sent but it's "offline" more times than online. Accuracy of location is questionable and inaccurate tracking. Battery lasts less than 24 hours but won't allow yo change to saving options as can't locate the tracker. Don't know if I've just had bad luck with two faulty trackers but not happy!”

Hi Lynne, This does sound incredibly unfortunate and strange too. Can I just check that you have scanned the new tracker onto the APP and are not looking at your previous tracker still? If unsure, go to the 'device list' on the APP. Here it should list two trackers but if it only shows one, this will be because the new tracker is not yet on the APP. At this point, press 'add device' and follow the steps to add your new tracker to the APP. Kind regards, Sam

“Extremely useful to see where my cat is. The tracker was put to the test yesterday as my cat wandered way out of his usual area and had crossed a busy main road. He was there hours which was worrying so I tracked him down using the app, found him scared and disorientated and got him home safely.”

“We've only been using it for a few days but so far it seems to do the trick! The GPS isn't quite as accurate as I would like but it gives me the general area. After loosing my cat for 2 months I can atleast see whereabouts she is. This was the smallest tracker I could find as my cat is only small and so far it doesn't seem to bother her.”

Hi Cara, Thank you very much for your kind review. Regarding the accuracy, have you switched off 'set local base station' in your APP settings? If not, that should certainly help. Glad to hear that it's giving you some peace of mind after losing your cat for 2 months. I can't imagine how horrid that must have been.
