It would not connect or function. Only has a 200m fence zone so not good if you want to check someone is in a flat/room for example. App not intuitive, no instructions sent with watch. Help desk did not respond to help so returned product. Shame, looked promising.

Hi Claire, Sorry to see this, after you have spoken with Debbie yesterday to get your money back. As I have just emailed you to say, the first contact we have on the Helpdesk is an email from you yesterday. I am awfully sorry, we never did receive your previous communication. In my email, I have said that upon arrival of the watch, we can fully replace it for you, if you'd like us to. Otherwise, you will be refunded. Kind regards, Sam

I merely want to know where Mo is once she walks out from her safe zone and it hasn't done it once yet. The alarm and voice calls work but the tracking is not safe, nor reliable. I so want it to work for her and my peace of mind

Hi Maureen, I am sorry to read your review. I do not think you have contacted us for assistance yet. If your tracking isn't accurate, we can certainly help. I suspect it may be picking up some LBS signals. If you go to the APP settings (the little cog on the APP) and down to the setting called 'set local base station', I would highly recommend switching this off. Then, return to your main map screen and press locate again. After about 30 seconds, it should reposition the location and help prevent it from picking up very inaccurate locations in the future.  A very important thing to note is that when your watch is indoors, GPS cannot be received. That is a limitation with all GPS trackers, I'm afraid. So it defaults to Wi-Fi (green location point. This is not your Wi-Fi, rather it is a mapping determined by the strength of Wi-Fi signals in your area) Companies such as Google, Apple and so on, plan Wi-Fi areas out as a grid, to map locations. These are usually accurate within about 30 metres. As tech improves, accuracy with Wi-Fi should too.  If you need further help, please email us help@ubeequee.zendesk.com Kind regards, Sam

Unable to write a review as I cannot add this device to my Ubeequee account. I have tried scanning the QR code and also inputting the registration code. Although it appears to accept it there is no sign of it on my phone app. also when I reinput the registration code it said it was already registered and could not do so again. I emailed Ubeequee yesterday and am still waiting for a reply.

Hi Peter, We believe your tracker was not displaying on the APP, as the tracker had been suspended due to you not having a subscription on it. However, we can see that you had previously ordered a tracker and suspect that you needed the subscription moved to the new one. This has now been done. We have also now reset the tracker. If you close down the APP and shut down your tracker, then reopen the APP and reboot the tracker, within an hour, it should resume updating on your device. Kind regards, Sam

I think this is intrinsically a good product - it does actually seem to work ok which given its modest cost is brilliant. There are three issues though any purchaser should be aware of: 1) the watch is configured through an app - which is fine. The level of documentation for that app is not good for an insecure purchaser (and lets face it many of the purchasers will be for elderly users). 2) Battery charging. Why on earth would you have a system that can be damaged through over charging. This item cannot be left to charge overnight - which i suspect is how most people would find this most convenient (ignoring the overnight turning function). 3) The fall detector. I think most people as far as i can tell turn this off - its too sensitive. It would be useful to be able to calibrate this in some way. Now we can work around these problems but why not take a potentially good product and make it a leader! Its a big market.

My husband has Vascular Dementia and still has the original watch which still works well. But this new watch with its improved functions is also much more robust. As a family having these watches have been a great help to us and has enabled my husband to continue his daily walks safely and we wouldn’t be without them.
