With our responses to emails back and forth, I was not able to obtain unfortunately what the actual problem was and if the problem was with the urineFREE 750ml that you had bought or the urine detector light that you had also purchased.
As we do offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, the money has already been refunded back into your account as you have asked and you have been notified of this also through our email chain.
