“I am very sorry to say i have tried thousands of other products and this is the only stuff that works. Yes i know you think its expensive, it works, it is the only one that is true, it works, MIffy likes it and it doesnt hurt her. she can be a fussy lady cat, if i forget to change her litter box on time (her time) disaster strikes. I bring out the amazing wonderful urine free and its gone andits easy no more worry. ps. it smells like "roses "(insert your fav flower) here now, A lady who owns a cattery recommended it that was good enough for me.”
Hi Chloe,
We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our product.
We know our products and we completely back them with a money back guarantee to work as directed or your money back. However when customers tell us it hasn't work we always ask a few questions...
After you have treated the area and then cleaned it with water to remove the residue and let air dry, can you still smell urine in that spot? You can do the sniff test to check. You need to clean the area with water and a clean cloth after each treatment.
If you can no longer smell urine, I would suggest you have removed it all and the animal is returning to that particular spot due to it being a behavioural reason. In this case, urineFREE is not a repellant and will not stop an animal from returning there unfortunately.
If you can still smell urine after you have treated and cleaned the area and let air dry, then there is still some uric crystals left over that need another treatment to remove.
I recommend covering with glad wrap after you have saturated the area and leaving for up to 24hrs so urineFREE has dwell time to continue to break the crystals down.
In the middle of the uric crystals are 'pheromones'. If an animal can smell a pheromone, then it can encourage them to keep going to the toilet in the same area. urineFREE will destroy and eat those crystals along with the pheromones, so as long as the product comes into contact with all the crystals, all the urine smell should be removed and should prevent them re visiting that area unless it is behavioural.
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Rachel
“After a number of attempts with baking soda, vinegar, carpet cleaning spray etc and no luck, I used the spray to get rid of odour and marks and stop my cat urinating on our living room carpet.
Super easy to use and it worked wonders - she went back to her litter tray! Have recommended to my pet owning friends”
“We appreciate any product that will help us manage odours of urine on fake grass. This product does the job well and has a very pleasant scent. However, it is very expensive and not effective when rain is about. We need to spray every day. We have a big dog who always piddles on the grass and no where else. Before we put down the grass our back lawn was non-existent as it was continually dug up by our canine family members over the years. Although not ‘eco-friendly’ we love our fake grass as it helps keep our garden and house clean from the dog and covers an area below a big palm tree where it’s almost impossible to grow a healthy lawn.”
