Das ist bei diesen Kapseln nicht anders. Sie funktionieren sehr gut und die Zusammensetzung der Inhaltsstoffe ist genau das, was der Körper braucht.
Man sollte aber bedenken, dass die vom Hersteller empfohlene Dosis 4 Kapseln am Tag beträgt. Vier Kapseln zu schlucken kann nervig sein. Insbesondere wenn man noch andere Dinge einnimmt. Auch wenn diese Kapseln relativ klein sind und daher leicht zu schlucken sind.
Mir wären weniger Kapseln lieber und ich habe auch schon Produkte gehabt, die eine ähnliche Dosis in zwei Kapseln oder Tabletten untergebracht haben.
Der große Vorteil von Kapseln ist natürlich der fehlende Geschmack. Sie schmecken wirklich nach nichts. Elektrolyte schmecken sehr salzig und das kann bei Tabletten oder Pulver zum Problem werden. Viele davon sind deswegen voll mit künstlichen Aromen oder Süßstoff. Das hat man hier nicht.
Das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum ist bei mir mit zwei Jahren angegeben und die Kapseln werden in einer üblichen, versiegelten Plastikdose geliefert. Alles top.”

These do arrive factory sealed and well labelled. No child proof cap, but you should keep any supplements or medication far out of the reach from kids anyway. The labelling, print quality of the label and the bottle all give these a bit of a premium feel.
They're easy to take and have no aftertaste. They also get past the alternative where you are required to drink a salt water solution. I know it makes some folk feel a little queasy. These bypass that entirely and are easier to take on the go, you just need to drink a fair amount of water with them.
At first they seem a little pricey, but given the quantity they're actually fairly cost effective.”

I did feel like I had better energy levels and I did find while exercising I recovered better and experienced less of the lightheaded dizzy spells after over exertion and lacking hydration. Taking one of these before runs is much better than your typical dissolvable electrolyte tablets, as less chance of then needing to go toilet during a run.
Overall I think they are effective, but looking at the cost of £21.95 at time of review there does seem to be cheaper competitors.”
“For a while now I have been doing 2-3 hours exercise each day in order to help control my tendency to high blood sugars. Recently I have been suffering cramps every night that have woken me up and which are very painful and so I decided it was time to look at the cause.
It turns out that the probable cause is a loss of electrolytes when sweating, and of course 3 hours on my gym equipment entails a lot of sweating.
Since taking these capsules, just for two nights up to now, at the recommended dosage, I haven't had the cramps which I was suffering every night. If that changes with time then I will amend this review but so far so good.
The capsules are easy to take with a little water and there is no taste to them. the one big negative is the dosage is stated as 4 capsules and there are 120 in the tub so the tub is just one months supply if taken daily. I feel that is expensive when compared to some other electrolyte capsules available on Amazon.
