“On average the condo at 702 Diamond Beach was fair. The ice maker did not work during our entire stay; one of the window curtains did not function, when we arrived we noticed a small hole in the wall by the entry door. All of these were reported to Ryson staff. We were told a repair person would arrive either that day or the next day to check on these items but that did not happen. We did not hear from anyone about these defects.”

“It was a fun stay & a nice condo! A few things that need addressing is the patio door, this was a woman’s trip and we struggled greatly trying to open it! We really love sitting on the large patio, but good luck opening the door! The master shower has a lot of mold growing on the tiles in the bottom of the shower. And the back guest room needs a new mattress! A nice condo & great views and Diamond has great amenities!”

“We rented a 3 bedroom condo on the 7th floor and had a wonderful time. There were 6 adults and 2 kids, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The fully working kitchen was nice, along with the use of a washer and dryer. TVs were in all rooms, there was a king bed and two queens, plenty of closet and drawer space, and both bathrooms were a good size with a full size tub in one bath and a large shower in the other. The balcony was large, with amazing views of the gulf and infinity pool. Oh, the lazy river was awesome! The indoor pool was a nice bonus, along with the Jungle Kids Room. Everything was clean and just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!”

“We loved this condo. A lot of room for six people. The location was great. Right on the beach. On the last day, as we found a huge stain on the mattress. Not acceptable!! Will contact the property manager.”

“holes in ceiling with air coming out. health hazard that I tried to discuss with ryson but no return call. Air filter was beyond caked with dirt.”
