“We had an amazing birthday/anniversary celebration weekend! Everything was great from the balcony view of sunrises with a nice breeze, to the hot tub, to the areas downstairs for grilling to the beach day. The only thing that was mentioned was the beds being a little harder than most liked and then we did not find a spatula to use for making pancakes but we are resourceful and made do with a spoon. Overall the perfect weekend trip, already discussing our next trip!”

“Front desk service perfect. My sofa in the Living room, we couldn't even sit down. It's broken no cushions. My shower head broken. When the A.C. is on in the hall bath the noise is so loud after the unit is running we couldn't sleep. I rented the most expensive place on a isle and nothing should have been broken.”

“The negatives: Upon entering the unit, which was warm, and not ready until 5:30 pm, it smelled musty and stale. The walls need a fresh coat of paint throughout but especially in the main entrance and hallway. The baseboards are damaged, most likely from renters dragging their luggage across them. The furniture is dated and lacking in aesthetics. The condo sleeps 8 but there were only 3 dinner forks and 3 salad forks. The living area is over crowded with furniture that looks like it was bought at a garage sale in the 80s. For the price we paid, I was disappointed and expected better. The staff on location at the Diamond need customer service training as evidenced by their demeanor and attitude. The positives: Ryson offered us $100 since the room wasn’t ready when we arrived. That was an extremely nice gesture on their part! The balcony view was spectacular! The pool, lazy river, slide, and gym were all well kept but I never saw anyone sanitizing or cleaning anywhere. Overall impression: We will likely stay at the Diamond again, in the future, but we won’t stay in 702!”

“We have stayed twice before and been very happy .. this time we paid more and thought we would have a great condo . We liked the large balcony. This Condo has horrible couches... need replacing. They are old and Uncomfortable!!!!! Also does not have enough cooking supplies.. the pans are. Aweful!!!!! Rusty and something I would never ever cook out of ... we have a place in a vacation area and yearly i go through and replace everything that is needed... I make our place comfortable for all guest to come into.... this unit is desperate for some new things .. we will never be back to this unit nor Recommend”
