“We have stayed twice before and been very happy .. this time we paid more and thought we would have a great condo . We liked the large balcony. This Condo has horrible couches... need replacing. They are old and Uncomfortable!!!!! Also does not have enough cooking supplies.. the pans are. Aweful!!!!! Rusty and something I would never ever cook out of ... we have a place in a vacation area and yearly i go through and replace everything that is needed... I make our place comfortable for all guest to come into.... this unit is desperate for some new things .. we will never be back to this unit nor Recommend”

“We loved our long weekend in this condo. The views were fantastic and the pool was a lot of fun, especially for our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. We really enjoyed the lazy river and our granddaughter loved the slide! We enjoyed time at the pool, at the beach and grilling at one of the cabanas that we reserved a few times for cooking dinner. A couple of suggestions: this unit needs more silverware (there are only 6 forks and it sleeps 8 people). This unit could also use some new frying pans - there is only 1 and it is in bad shape. we will definitely be back to Diamond Beach and would rent this condo again.”

“We loved the Diamond Resort. 702 was an excellent location. The unit was very very nice. We would have rated excellent except that we had maintenance people in the unit 5 times. The condo location in Galveston was great, close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.”

“This condo has the most beautiful oceanfront view we have ever seen, greatly enjoyed our stay. A few issues including wifi access and washing machine function, LF error, never worked the entire time- reason for choosing condo vs. Hotel for vacation. Issues were addressed as best as possible on holiday weekend. I would suggest replacing the skillet as nonstick surface is coming off, pillows stained, towel bar came off hinge x2, master shower door loose at top right, master bed mattress too hard for our preference, toaster did not work but replaced next day. Coffee filters not provided, please advise guests of the type to bring if you are not going to provide as they were not standard filters. We purchased our own coffee pot to use during our stay. Diamond beach- gorgeous! The heated indoor pool was not working 4/5 days of our stay. Stuffing was coming out of soft toys in playroom, please provide antibacterial wipes to clean the toys and hand sanitizer.”
