“We had a family beach vacation of 14 and had a special needs child. The house was very accommodating And the beach area was convenient and not at all crowded . It was almost like a private beach for us! The house was spacious, great kitchen for our 14 guests and the loft was ideal for our teens! Just need a new can opener and more than 4 coffee mugs! Highly recommend this awesome beach home!”

“Ryson responses were great. The house is very well appointed apart from no individual downstairs restroom. You have to go through a bedroom to use a bathroom as a guest. Not good. In addition the second bedroom downstairs has no access to the main living area without going through the other bedroom or going outside to the balcony and walking around. This is not good especially during inclement weather. The second bedroom upstairs has the spiral staircase to the top bedroom with bunk beds which again is not good if there are adults using the bunk beds. The house is nicely furnished and the location is great but the above points would make us not rent again.”
