“Ryson responses were great. The house is very well appointed apart from no individual downstairs restroom. You have to go through a bedroom to use a bathroom as a guest. Not good. In addition the second bedroom downstairs has no access to the main living area without going through the other bedroom or going outside to the balcony and walking around. This is not good especially during inclement weather. The second bedroom upstairs has the spiral staircase to the top bedroom with bunk beds which again is not good if there are adults using the bunk beds. The house is nicely furnished and the location is great but the above points would make us not rent again.”

“This was the MOST beautiful home we have rented since we became customers. The view: Almost every room had a awesome view of the ocean. We were there during the rain storm on May 20-22. But it was still awesome. It was windy during the night which caused load whistling in the rooms. So, to eliminate some of the wind noise, we raised the shutters. The Home: The entire home is well laid out for large families. The children had their play area in the upper room. We were able to spread out and still social distance when needed. The kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook and socialize with others. The entire home is simply gorgeous and up to date rest rooms. The only improvement is to dust off the walls and ceiling fans. Anyone with sensitive allergies could have had some issues from the ceiling fan dust. Other than that, it was great. The service: Everyone was professional and kept us informed on important things. The delivery food service was the icing on the cake. When we arrived our groceries were already delivered and put up in the fridge. I truly believe that was the added benefit to the entire stay! Listen, I have had a few bad homes in the past, but this company have always , always apologized and gave me discounts for those times when the rental was not what we expected. That is why I keep coming back to Ryson each year. They do what they say they will do. And when you are not satisfied, they make up for it. They care about me and my family and want us to be satisficed with our staycations.”

“The views and location of this home cannot be beat. Every window has a view of the ocean. It was exactly what we wanted. I love that it isn't right in the heart of all the hustle and bustle but is close enough to be involved in the activities around town. This house made our trip! The location and the awesomeness of the rental company doing our grocery shopping for us and having access to all the extras was perfect. The house could use a few improvements but if we ever find our way back to Galveston this will be where we stay.”
