“Very comfortable, furnishings lovely. But disappointed that we were not informed of refrigerator not working properly, one of the commodes would not flush the first night, coffee maker needed to be replaced, master shower & washi g machine were moldy. Dryer knob was broken. Other than these things we enjoyed our getaway by trying not to let this disrupt our April in Galveston.”

“Loved this house. It's better than the photos. Steps away from the beach. We really wanted for nothing. The beds are so comfortable (beds are a big deal to me). Beautiful hardwood floors and comfy furniture. Loved that the outdoor shower also had hot water. Easy access to shops and restaurants. A lot of outdoor seating. A box full of beach toys for the littles. When I arrived the house smelt very clean and music was lightly playing on the main television (nice touch). Management Company was easy to work with (as usual). I would stay here again. Side note if you have a group who like to watch their own TV. The living room has cable & main bedroom has a Roku. I'd suggest bringing your own Firestick, Roku, etc...”

“Vrbo Once upon a tide absolutely adorable, just like the pictures are shown. It’s a second row house but still has plenty views of the ocean that are not blocked and only steps away from the private beach! The two bedrooms downstairs had wonderful beds, mattresses were very comfortable, the two twin beds in the upstairs loft not so much. Would be ok for children but uncomfortable for adults. If you plan on grocery shopping when you get there you will need to bring an ice chest with you for the cold items as the frig takes 24 hours for it to cool down, would’ve been good to know before hand. Secondly when you get ready to lay down at night don’t think you’re going crazy when you close your eyes and feel like the bed shaking/rocking, it actually is lol! At first I thought it was just me being in the sun too much that day and overly tired but when my roommate said her bed was shaking and moving as well I was very relieved to know I wasn’t loosing my mind. The next morning someone else said they felt the house swaying too and it wasn’t stormy outside, just one of those things being in a house that’s raised on stilts. All in all the house was very cozy and extremely convenient to the beach, Walmart and main drag of Seawall for restaurants and shopping!”
