“Once Upon a Tide was absolutely perfect! A dream come true! A perfect walk to the beach and we enjoyed all the amenities the home provided. The balcony was our favorite spot. The property management was very nice and provided everything we needed. Thank you so much! We will definitely book again!”

“This is a fantastic place to stay! The house itself is gorgeous - well laid out, open, airy, and well constructed. The owners have paid a lot of attention to detail and have not taken any shortcuts on this home - it is quality throughout with high quality finishings and furnishings. Dare I say almost too nice for rental - but we took excellent care of the home while we were in it and were careful. The patio has great views of the beach to the left and just right of center. There is ample room between this house and the house in front of it (even though google maps makes it look like they are right next to each other), and it's at most 150 steps to the beach - hard to beat that! The first night there I fell asleep in the patio lounge chair enjoying the cool ocean breeze, listening to the surf, and looking at the moon and stars shine in the night sky. Hello vacation!! I made that a routine each night. The upstairs room is great for kids (4 boys ages 11-14 in our crew) and is bigger than the pictures make it look, and the owners have provided a tv with a Wii and games for the kids to play (very nice!). The four beds provide ample space for the kids to sleep, and there is a ceiling fan upstairs. Downstairs in a closet there are lots of kids beach toys (boogie boards, shovels, flashlights, etc.). While we brought our own it was nice to see the owners had thought to provide that. One particular afternoon a strong storm quickly blew through and the owners called us to make sure we were ok, that was a very nice gesture that resonated with all 8 of us there. We all agreed that this place is where we want to stay again. It's not just a beach house in a fantastic location - it is truly a home, and a reflection of the owners pride, love, time, and attention they've put into the home, down to the handmade book in the living room about the house and the history of the area. To the owners - thanks for sharing a piece of your world with us for four nights - we can't wait to return!”
