“Our stay at the Dawn with Ryson was great! My first experience with April was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable and helped me with all of my questions and needs. When we arrived, check in was super easy and they sent very detailed instructions so that we knew exactly what was expected and needed throughout our stay. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfortable. The Dawn is in a good location and this particular unit was in a good location in the complex. We could see the beach but weren’t so close to the sea wall that we heard all of the cars passing by. There were only a couple of minor things that would have made the stay even better, but overall it was a great stay and we are really happy with our experience. We will definitely look at booking with Ryson again in the future.”

“1. The unit has a DVD player but no remote. 2. Lack of spare toilet paper was an issue. I called the office and was told they do not supply toilet paper. Since I was staying for four days, the unit should have had ample toilet paper. 3. The couch was badly stained. 4. The porch was dirty, with pigeon excrement on the chairs and floor. 5. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. 6. The kitchen was very well equipped.”

“Beautiful condo. I would suggest that black out curtains be added to the bedroom window. The sun is quite bright in the morning and sleeping in is difficult. Also I know this is not the owners fault but lots of birds on the patio and it makes the patio unusable because bird poop is all over including the furniture. would of been nice to sit out there and enjoy the views.”
