“Updated condo in a great location to beach and pool. I would definitely stay here again. Only negative is ants on inside patio door handle and trash can. We saw them coming out of electrical outlet, but some bug spray quickly took care of it.”

“The condo was nicely stocked and although we brought extra items such as TP, napkins, etc. what was stocked in the unit was actually plenty. Loved the location with the ocean view. No issues with the TV or internet which is often not the case. The only thing that should be noted is the freezer is inoperable and nothing could be frozen during our stay/. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know prior to us purchasing items that needed freezing. It's probably an option in programming but I venture a guess that previous occupants made changes to the set points and this was the reason. It would be better if those settings could be locked out where no changes could be made and the freezer and refrigerator were pre-set with standard temps. George Foreman grill is broken and no grease collector not my observation but my girlfriend who was a little disappointed. Again overall we had a blast and none of these items hampered our good time. Other than this review, my comments won't be shared on any other website unless they are positive. I appreciate the opportunity to give feedback and we would love to return again at the end of the month or in October before the water and air temperatures drop too low. Thanks Scott Hammond”

“The construction noise outside was horrible. My parents were unable to sleep their entire 2 day stay. Very upset that no one notified us. They are retired we could have scheduled a different time for them to stay. It was my father’s 75th birthday. Horrible way to spend the day with the beeping of trucks 24 hours a day! Very disappointed!”

“We had a great time at The Dawn. Everything exceeded our expectations. If I had to give 1 troublesome area it was the shower for the 2nd bedroom. I like a strong shower, but after a little fun in the sun the shower was so powerful it was painful. Beside that 1 small issue everything was great!! Would return again.”

“Dawn 631 is excellent value and had a gorgeous view. The condo was overall well kept! There were a few areas where paint seemed to be cracked or areas seemed to be rusted. This appeared to be due to the beach area and salt in the air. The only areas for improvement would be: have beach chairs for guests to bring to the beach and 2) when we booked we were told the condo slept 6. However, once we got there the bunk beds we expected had been replaced by a full/queen size bed. Luckily we only had 4 guests but had we booked with more coming we did not receive notice the listing was changed.”
