“Location was great to access the beach quickly and the 2 pools were a hit with our family. The Blvd though is so busy you can hear traffic all the time in the unit. The unit was nice but it's time for a paint job and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Also the freezer didn't function properly even when maintenance stopped by to adjust so we had to through out the few items we had in there as they thawed.”

“Absolutely fantastic in every way! We are world travelers with high expectations! The Dawn did not disappoint! The condo was even more spacious and more beautiful than in the photos. Beautifully decorated! Great pools! The grounds are manicured to perfection. We would definitely stay there again. Loved being right on the Seawall.”
